JVN Exteriors provides exterior restoration and refinishing services in the Twin Cities area, including but not limited to:

  • Fence and deck staining, sealing, and restoration
  • Residential and commercial pressure washing
  • Wood restoration and brightening
  • Exterior and interior painting
  • Surface preparation and repair

Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the JVN Exteriors website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, submit a quote request, or opt in to receive SMS/text messages from JVN Exteriors. By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from JVN Exteriors, you consent to receive SMS/text messages related to the following:

  • Quote, appointment, and service request confirmations and reminders
  • Marketing messages such as special offers, discounts, and promotions

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Actual surface conditions discovered during preparation
  • Changes to project scope requested by the customer
  • Material cost fluctuations
  • Additional repairs needed

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

  • A deposit may be required to secure your project date
  • Final payment is due upon completion of the project
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

Warranty Information

Our workmanship and applied finishes are backed by the specific warranty terms outlined in your service agreement. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by:

  • Improper use or maintenance
  • Physical damage or abuse
  • Chemical exposure beyond normal use
  • Natural disasters or acts of God
  • Modifications made by others

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the project site
  • Clear the work area before our crew arrives
  • Provide access to the work area as scheduled
  • Ensure adequate ventilation as required
  • Keep people and animals away from curing surfaces and active work areas
  • Follow all post-project care instructions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled project date. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

JVN Exteriors' liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of use or business interruption
  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to the project
  • Damage caused by third parties

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of JVN Exteriors and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
